NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET HOURS Local quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM under Ventnor City law. COMPLIMENTARY BEACH TAGS: To help you enjoy the sand, we supply 8 free seasonal beach tags inside the dining room side cabinet. We count these tags carefully after every single guest checkout. Please put them back exactly where you found them before you leave. If any tags are lost or missing, there is a $25 replacement charge per tag. AREA STREET PARKING & WALKABILITY: This apartment does not have a private driveway or a reserved parking spot, but fortunately there are many parking options close by. This includes unmetered parallel spots on S. Troy, S. Richards, and S. Avolyn. There is also unmetered angled parking on N. Troy, alongside nearby paid meters. Our prime location makes this a perfect "park and walk" getaway. Once your car is parked, you can leave it sitting for your whole beach trip! OUTDOOR RINSE STATION RULES Our convenient beach rinse station is designated solely for washing away sand and salt from feet, gear, and your body. It is not a full outdoor shower and does not have sanitary drainage. Soap, shampoo, body wash, and full bathing are strictly prohibited. BEACH GEAR & SAND CODES Help us keep our white oak floors beautiful! Outside beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, and toys) must be kept in the private garden and is not allowed inside the apartment. You must rinse all sand off before entering the building. TWO-FAMILY DUPLEX LAYOUT: As a downstairs flat in a traditional shore duplex, you will enjoy your own completely private entries and garden space. While the building is well-insulated, you may occasionally sense the presence of upstairs neighbors. Please note: This beach-house style apartment is an independent unit within a duplex. Book both units for larger groups! AGE & GUEST LIMITS The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Total occupancy is strictly limited to your registered guest count. Out of respect for our neighbors, parties, events, and unlisted visitors are strictly prohibited. SMOKING & PET POLICIES To keep our space fresh and allergy-free for all families, smoking, vaping, and pets of any kind are completely banned anywhere on the property. RENTAL AGREEMENT | ID | SECURITY DEPOSIT To keep our home and community safe, property access codes will be withheld until you complete the following three tasks: 1)sign our standard Short-Term Rental Agreement, 2) provide photo ID and matching selfie, and 3) schedule a temporary security hold in the amount of $2500 on your credit or debit card. All tasks can be completed through the Hospitable Guest Portal, which you will receive a link to shortly after booking.

Check-in is completely keyless! You will automatically receive your keypad codes by check-in time, which will grant you access to the building throughout your stay. Please note that in order to receive your codes, you must sign our standard rental agreement, which will be sent to your message inbox soon after booking. Failure to do so within 72 hours of booking risks cancellation. During your stay, you will enjoy total exclusive access to your beautiful private garden area, accessible by your back door or through the north gate (to the left when facing the building). Please refrain from entering the south garden area, as it is reserved for the upstairs unit. This outdoor oasis is equipped with a convenient beach rinse station and Polywood outside dining and patio furniture. Inside your apartment, you will also have full, private access to your own in-unit washer and dryer.
